Hi, and Welcome to my blog

My name is Natalie, I am 21 years old and i have never done anything like this in my life...

I suppose to start to tell you about myself i must start at the beginning, I was born where i still in live in Rural devon in 1986. I have one younger brother and still live with my parents but i am engaged to be married... at some point (if we ever save up enough money that is!)

I don't work and haven't done for over a year now, I'm not a lazy bum or a student,but i am signed off sick for depression and have been on anti depressants for a long time now. I don't know how or when i became depressed, i just always felt it, even as a child i was quiet and subdued and loathed going to school or being put in social situations. This doesn't mean I'm crazy or anything, i just simply have a struggle coping with life sometimes, most of the time i am a happy bubbly person with no worries.

It is hard to explain to someone who has never suffered from depression or anything similar how it feels, many people find it hard to understand and have little sympathy. I don't blame them, i don't want sympathy i just want help. Trust me, i tell myself everyday to snap out of it and stop being so stupid and i really really wish it worked but it doesn't. Overcoming this sort of thing takes time and slowly but surely i am determined to get my life back on track. Who wants to be sat at home all day feeling sorry for themselves? certainly not me!

Anyway, if i have kept your attention through that little insight then hopefully i am on the right track to getting a few regular viewers, At the end of the day i am just a normal girl, i hope that you like the stepping stone i have given you into my life.
